About Us

Silver are Chartered Surveyors delivering Party Wall, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Health & Safety and Project Management services. We work with private and public sector clients, providing advice and managing a diverse range of residential, commercial, education and public building projects.

What sets us apart is the depth of in-house expertise to which we have access. As market conditions and client needs have changed, we have evolved and innovated. The combination of consultancy, design and construction expertise within our teams gives us a unique insight into every aspect of a project. As a result, we have an invaluable contribution to make at any stage, from planning & procurement, construction to completion and throughout the lifetime of the building.

Every client and every project, of course, is unique but we have the flexibility to put together a team with the specialist understanding and skills to identify exactly what is needed, and deliver the required outcome in the required time frame.
